Not satisfied with your order?
We’d love to hear how we can improve!
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused, or send us a photo if the product is defective. We will review and confirm the issue, and in most cases, we can resolve it without requiring a return.
We guarantee that your refund will be processed within five business days after receiving your returned item, or after confirming the issue via photo through our customer support.
Important
Beauty products and items purchased during sales or promotions cannot be returned.
Returns by Post
You have up to 14 days to exchange a product for a different size/colour or request a refund if it was delivered to a parcel collection point near you.

2. Include Packing Slip
Please pack the product securely in its original packaging and include a note with your order number.
As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Always request a tracking number when returning your parcel. Once shipped, please contact us at info@auvoryn.com if you would like a refund or an exchange (size/colour).
Note: Our main warehouse is located in Asia. Please ensure that your return is sent to our supplier as listed above.
3. Shipping the Return
Take your parcel to your nearest post office or parcel service and send it back.
Once the product has been received at our warehouse, we will process your exchange (size/colour) or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@elynora.com.
If you cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, we can provide a full refund. Otherwise, the items must be returned to us once they have been delivered.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your total refund.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items.
